Therefore, try to find out if your grandmother and mother have varicose veins, or if someone has even had surgery for it. If you find out about the genetic predisposition to the disease, you need to think about it seriously before choosing the profession of hairdresser, teacher or flight attendant.

Eat more fiber - the fact that in eastern countries where fiber is the main food, varicose veins are practically not found speaks to its benefits. Large amounts of fatty, fried and spicy foods change the composition of the blood, which can lead to the formation of blood clots. It also has a negative effect on veins and alcohol.
